If cancellation is made:
- more than 30 days, prior to arrival date, a fee of $50 is withheld
- more than 7 days, prior to arrival date, but less than 30 days, a fee of $75 is withheld
- with 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, the deposit of $150 is withheld
Rates are based on 2 adults, 1 vehicle, additional fees for extra
adults, children or extra vehicle will apply. Max 6 people per
site.

a 5 minute walk along a creekside walkway to large grocery store,
library, gym, bank,
pub, restaurants and many other conveniences with a short walk,
bike or rollerblade.
